We lead a structured discovery discussion to evaluate the current accounts payable environment, including existing processes and pain points, invoice volumes, ERP landscape, approval workflows, and strategic objectives.

We develop and present a tailored automation strategy aligned with your client’s operational and financial goals. This includes a configured demonstration of our AP Automation solution, along with follow-up sessions to address stakeholder questions, technical considerations, and implementation planning.

Upon approval, we formalize the agreement and assume responsibility for end-to-end implementation. Our team manages configuration, integration, onboarding, user training, and ongoing support to ensure a seamless transition and measurable outcomes. You can remain as engaged as you and your client would like throughout the sales process.

4 Compensation

Compensation

Following successful contract execution, referral compensation is issued in accordance with the agreed structure as outlined in the written referral agreement based on a percentage of the first-year contract value.
