The sub-document level security features ensures dealers have access to only view documents associated with their own dealer codes. Head office staff would have access to all dealer codes as well as a robust search mechanism that would greatly enhance their daily workload.
All user administration functions are fully supported by head office, with backup support by Octacom. With high speed communication and daily processing cycles we support data input from all across North America and currently provide services for 7 Canadian automobile manufactures. Dealers enjoy up-to-date information at their fingertips and they no longer have to wait for mailed copies or request copies from head office. Plus all of the documents are maintained, on-line for a minimum of 7 years. Our automobile applications include daily and weekly reports as well as the monthly statements and Parts Price books. Octacom provides all of the hosting and retrieval software, hardware, redundancy backup and support. Backup is created for off-site, long-term archival storage.
