Octacom provides the conversion, the software and the hosting service.
Because Octacom is a qualified Application Service Provider (ASP), you don't need to
make a large investment in hardware, software or support staff for your document imaging applications.
Octacom provides the required infrastructure to host your ODISS applications allowing
you to work in a truly "hands off" environment. User's log in to a secure web site, and
like all of our applications, your site is branded with your corporate logo and appearance.
As a qualified ASP, Octacom provides all of the hardware, software, infrastructure and
security for even the most confidential documents. Hosting services are provided for a minimum
period of 12 months with options for second site redundancy backup.
All hosting services are available 365 days per year, 24 hours per day.
ODISS supports multiple input layers, including scanned image, email, fax, and electronic data streams.
This means that we can update your application with documents that are sent in through distribution
centers and remote offices from multi-function devices,
eliminating courier costs and accelerating turn-around times.
ODISS is hosted by Octacom, with all hardware and software requirements residing at
Octacom's data centre. Alternatively, ODISS can be deployed as a CD,
DVD application or customer site install.
